Please note: the following information is only applicable to orders placed with us directly via the KOBOTIX® Store. For any orders placed via third party platforms or websites, please instead refer to the relevant shipping terms provided by that third party.

About our shipping process:

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Hong Kong, generally within 24 hours after receiving payment.
  • All shipments are sent by FedEx International Priority courier with the expected delivery time 1-3 days after being collected from our warehouse (final delivery times may be subject to delays and we cannot guarantee any delivery date).
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and presented at the point of checkout based on your delivery address.
  • After your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with tracking details.

Duties and taxes:

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. How this is handled depends on which country your order is shipped to:

  • Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United States. Import taxes, duties and fees will not be levied. There will be no additional charges once your order arrives.
  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. We collect VAT during checkout and pay the import taxes, duties and fees on your behalf. There will be no additional charges once your order arrives.
  • For orders shipped to any other country not listed above, your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and/or fees upon import into your country. Any such additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Shipping terms:

  • We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery due to incorrect delivery information (name, phone number, address) being provided to us during checkout.
